1. Custom Made Products
Because our apparel is print-on-demand and custom-made just for you, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse. This policy follows industry standard print-on-demand fulfillment rules.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item, we’re committed to making it right:
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a description of the problem.
We will promptly assist—either by sending a replacement at no cost or issuing a full refund (including shipping), consistent with the fulfillment provider’s policy.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your order is lost or not delivered, please notify us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If it’s confirmed lost and the error is not due to an incorrect customer address, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Please note shipping costs may apply if the address was entered incorrectly.
4. Orders Returned to Fulfillment Center
If your package is returned to the fulfillment center due to an invalid or unclaimed address, we will hold the order for up to 30 days. During that time:
We may offer you the option to reship the order. Please note that shipping fee applies for reshipment unless the error originated on our end.
5. Size or Color Exchanges
Unfortunately, because each item is custom-printed, we cannot offer exchanges for size or color—except in cases of misprint or fulfillment error as described above.
6. How to Submit a Claim

Include: Order number • Photos of issue • Detailed description.
We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
