Every believer faces giants. They may not carry swords or wear armor, but they are just as intimidating as giants of fear, insecurity, temptation, grief, loneliness, and pride. Some of these giants shout loudly, while others whisper quietly inside our hearts.

I wrote this book because I have faced my own giants and discovered that victory is possible only through Christ. It is not our strength, strategy, or discipline that brings down what stands against us. It is His presence, His power, and His grace.
